A lightweight counter-balanced ramp provides access to the rear of the Volkswagen wheelchair van, low and level floor for quick, simple and easy loading operation, and can accommodate virtually any manual or electric powered wheelchair. The Volkswagen wheelchair modification comprises a full electric wheelchair restraint system with lap sash passenger safety belt, excellent passenger visibility and optional seating either side of the wheelchair.
