A lightweight counter-balanced ramp provides access to the rear of the vehicle with Capitals low level floor conversion for quick simple easy loading operation and can accommodate virtually any manual or electric powered wheelchair. The conversion comprises full electric wheelchair restraint system with lap sash passenger safety belt, excellent passenger visibility and optional seating either side of the wheelchair.
