This device helps people to make a sidewise transfer between a wheelchair and a car seat. The sliding plate is foldable and can be stored behind the B-Pillar of the vehicle when not in use. The sliding plate can be installed in vehicles with three and five doors, providing there is sufficient room between the B-pillar and the seat the device can be mounted on either right or left front seats.
